Our Design Services.
Our design process has been created so that there is a clear understanding between client and designer.

Once an enquiry has been made, the customer and designer will discuss the design requirements and expectations.

A design project agreement will then be created that will outline the proposal, project scope, deliverables, cost and timeline.

The customer and designer will then work closely together in order to meet the requirements on the proposal. This can be over the phone or through email.
Levels of Service.
If the design is simple enough, we can offer to do this for free upon a one-on-one consultation at our office. This design includes usage of your company logo, web, email and phone numbers only.

For more complex artwork, we have 3 levels of design services to choose from.
Please supply us with your artwork elements such as company logos or high-res images. Please check these are in the correct format, . See our design guide for more information.

The prices given above for the most part, are accurate. However there may be additional design charges to either trace/create logos or source high resolution imagery. Having the required design elements in the correct formats and a good design brief will help avoid any additional charges that may occur. We will always discuss with the customer and agree on any amendments to the design before we start any rounds of revisions. Extra revision rounds start from £25.00 plus VAT.
